Erste Bank Chooses Milestone XProtect for 139 Locations in Ukraine

Milestone Systems, the worldwide leader in open platform IP network management software, has successfully implemented Milestone XProtect software across 139 branch locations of Esrte Bank Ukraine. Milestone’s certified partner, LANIT – IV COM Ltd. was responsible for the installation of Milestone XProtect Enterprise software which has been implemented onto 140 computer servers. The XProtect Enterprise video surveillance servers are responsible for management of 1,300 network surveillance cameras which are located throughout the 139 Esrte Bank Ukraine branches across Ukraine. Each location features a Milestone XProtect Enterprise server and a centralized Milestone server is present at the headquarters location which allows for access to each Milestone server and in turn, each network camera. Implementation of this vast network video surveillance system started in October 2007 and has grown to include an assortment of network camera devices from Axis Communications, IQinVision, JVC, Sony and other network camera device manufacturers.
